First Visit

When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.

Your new patient experience will last approximately one hour. A complete soft tissue, cancer, periodontal, occlusion and TMJ exam will be completed. Your doctor will discuss current dental needs as well as prophylaxis (cleaning) type needed to put you at a healthy oral hiygiene status. If you have any concerns or cosmetic desires, this will be a great time to discuss this with your doctor.
